- We will not be accepting cash refund returns.
- Sizing issue exchanges are expected to be raised within 7 days of receiving the order after which we will be unable to help you with exchange.
- Size exchange is only valid for unused items with their packing intact. Any damage (stain, tear, shrinkage, fading) to the product will be considered tampering and thus make it ineligible for exchange.
- We pack and transport out pieces with utmost care. However we recommend, unpacking videos for a smoother exchange process.
- Fabric exchanges are not encouraged.
